General Conditions of Entry and Competition Rules
VredVoice Win A Web Site Competition
1. These Conditions of Entry and Competition Rules apply to the Win A Web Site promotion to be held between 15th June 2010 and ending on 22nd June 2010 9am EDT. VredVoice.com will conduct the promotion.
2. Entry into the promotion is deemed acceptance of these Conditions of Entry and Competition Rules. VredVoice.com reserves the right to exclude any person from the contest on the grounds of criminal record.
3. How to enter: Readers must submit their ideas to promote the web site that is being offered as the prize. Ideas are to be submitted via the comments field at the VredVoice.com Win A Web Site competition page. From the comments submitted the VredVoice.com founders will select the winner to be the person who entered the most creative, useful and effective ideas to promote the site. Entries must not contain any content, links, images that are violent, pornographic, unlawful, derogatory, defamatory, offensive or which intrudes on the privacy of any person in any way. VredVoice.com reserves the right to not approve or to remove any entry for any reason.
4. Entries must be submitted between 15th June 2010 and 22nd June 2010 9am EDT.
5. The judge’s decision will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
6. The prizes are not redeemable for cash or transferable in the first instance. The person who receives first place will win: The web site http://www.PregnancyFashion.org.
7. This promotion’s participating sponsors are not eligible to participate and win.
8. VredVoice.com disclaims any responsibility for the inability to successfully submit an entry due to failure to access the VredVoice.com web site for any reason, including but not limited to inadvertent Internet disconnection and or interruption, acts of God or otherwise.
9. To the extent permitted by law VredVoice.com will not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever (including but not limited to direct or consequential loss) or for personal injury as a result of the prizes.
10. By participating, all winners grant VredVoice.com exclusive permission to use their names, characters, photographs, voices and likeness in connection with promotion of this and other contests and waive any claims to royalty, right or remuneration for such use.
11. All personal details provided to participate in these promotions will be held by VredVoice.com for the purpose of this promotion.
12. VredVoice.com reserves the right to refuse awarding any prize to a person who is determined to have violated a VredVoice.com rule as outlined above, gained unfair advantage in participating in the promotion or obtained a winner status using fraudulent means.
13. No purchase is necessary to win.
14. VredVoice.com has the right to change the Terms & Conditions of the competition at any time.
15. Allow three weeks for the delivery of prizes.
16. VredVoice.com (or our designees) will be entitled to use any or all of the material submitted by any entrant(s) for any purpose, and in any manner without compensation to the entrant(s), including for reproduction, disclosure, transmission, publication, broadcast and posting.
17. VredVoice.com reserves the right to discontinue a promotion at any stage.
