Marketplace Guidelines

Placing ads in the VRED Marketplace

1. Please be aware that the monetary transaction is between the seller and the buyer. VRED Voice will not mediate or attempt to recover any type of loss incurred for any sale process that falls through. Please perform your own due diligence when deciding to trade.

2. Linking to sites that are hate based and or that depict either explicit, obscene, illegal, or generally offensive material whether that be in written form, in video or still images is strictly prohibited.

3. Linking to sites that breach copyright, trademark or that partake in illegal activity is strictly prohibited.

4. Please ensure you take your time selecting and posting your ad to the correct category.

Buying from the VRED Marketplace

2. Only comment on listings if you have a serious intention of buying from the seller, junk comments could be deleted and repeat offenders’ accounts banned. Any comments made must be in the spirit of what the marketplace is intended for. If you have an issue with a particular seller and or product you must resolve the issue privately. Accounts could be banned without warning for members who do not adhere to these guidelines.

Listing Violations

If you feel a listing or member has violated the guidelines outlined here please contact us privately about the matter.

Each member is responsible for the content listed by them and must ensure they adhere to correct law in respect of copyright, trademarks, intellectual property rights and must not engage in misleading or deceptive advertising. VRED Voice will not be held liable for any breaches of the said laws and terms set out here and reserves the right to edit or remove listings, delete member accounts and permanently ban members at our discretion.
