Hi, Michelle Adams here and I'm excited to share with you one of the ways I've found to earn cash from home in my spare time.

 

If you're tired of the 'survey opportunities' you see offered everywhere and are looking for a way to earn some spare cash whilst your more passive income businesses gain momentum, then you're going to love what I've got to share with you today.

 

I'm going to tell you about a way I've been able to stay home with my children full time and contribute to our family income at the same time. What this has given me is extra money for all those wonderful things such as kids' swimming lessons, family outings, little holidays and treats. Not only that, I've also gotten a great deal of satisfaction being able to use some of the skills I once used almost daily in my pre-children corporate life.

 

Speaking of corporate life, here's a short personal story I'd like to share with you.

 

In 2002 I chose to walk away from my 15-year career to care for my children full time. It wasn't long before I felt the entrepreneurial itch and started looking for ways to earn money from home. I tried a few party plan opportunities and other small home business ideas but none of them delivered the flexibility I was looking for.

 

And that’s why I’m writing this...

I want to help you find a flexible way to earn extra cash too!

 

Of course we all want passive income streams and I encourage you to continue to focus on building your passive business models, meanwhile though, you might like to supplement your income with some active income streams. The good news is that with a lot of the active income methods there are ways to drive them toward passive businesses too!

 

Months Of Missed Opportunity!

 

In the year 2008 I was fortunate enough to connect up with someone in a private forum who explained a way of making some quick cash building and selling web sites. What she shared sounded fantastic however there was one gigantic problem; I was too scared to do it!

You might have come across the idea of selling web property before today, and like me felt the fear of the technical side of it so just never actually tried it. Well I put it off for months missing the opportunity to make extra cash in my spare time.

 

When I finally jumped in and sold my first site I was hooked! In my spare time, whenever it suited me, I built and sold web sites. And just like with most things, the more times I did it the easier it became.

 

You can see here a list of just some of the sites I’ve successfully built and sold, mostly all brand new sites, and one established network selling for several thousand dollars. 

 

 

 

It wasn’t long before I had people requesting custom made sites too!

 

The good news is that I started blogging about building and selling web property and helped others be successful at it too!

 

 

 

 

When I first got into selling sites I started out with a friend and that made it a lot less nerve wracking. It’s been a great satisfaction of mine to offer to others the same sort of support I had.

 

I did find myself inundated with questions though such as what type of sites I create, how I do it, what tools do I use to make the sites look good and a long list of various other questions.
